6 Pack Abs! Few Ab Exercises can add Up to Big Results.
Ann is one of my clients who has 5 kids (ages 3-9). She got really fit within the last year. She works out 5 days a week/30-60 minutes a day. Cardio at least 30 minutes/weight trains 2x (with me)/pilates 1x.
Try this at your own risk!
Perform each exercise 10-25 reps. Use a 5-15lb medicine ball
Circuit the entire routine 1-5x.
