Who’s Doug
If you don’t know me, then let me introduce myself. My name is Doug Bennett. I have been a personal trainer for 19 years and have trained literally thousands of ladies get a lean and firm physique.

I’ve created this site as a quick reference guide for those of you who want to get fit quick with NO HYPE. NO CHEMICALS. NO GADGETS. JUST Real Fitness and Diet Systems that work. My promise is to give you FREE Content that you can use.
Much of my motivation for this site is because I can’t believe the garbage workouts, gadgets and just plain bull shit people are reading on the internet. The biggest example is the biggest loser. Do you really think those workouts are going to work for you when you have 30 minutes and not 6 hours of being locked up. Yes, use that show for motivation but please don’t think that those are really the best workouts you can get for YOUR real life time constraints .
So, if your looking for a quick fix, magic pill than your definately at the wrong site. However, if you want to gain strength, get educated on real nutrition, build endurance and achieve a lean body than this site will help. Plus, this site will show you workouts that allow you to feel your body work. I’ll show you how to fuse so many fitness methods together into one workout it will make your body change from just good old fashion muscle fatigue.
