  1. Eliminate all white flour and refined sugar products from your diet.
  2. Cut back or eliminate alcohol consumption.
  3. Eat more organic fruit during the day 1-3
  4. Add more fiber to your diet.
  5. Eat lean protein for your first meal.  Try to eat lean protein with every meal
