- Protein drink
- Salad greens with protein
- White tuna with salad dressing or bbq sauce
- Sliced fruit, organic yogurt or cottage cheese
- Brown rice cake with apple butter or almond butter

- Thin Slice organic/low fat cheese, organic carrot slices
- Handful of organic nut and fruit mix
- ½ cup organic low fat cottage cheese with added chopped up turkey (deli)
- Wasa cracker with thin spread of almond butter
- Chopped up veggies
- mixed greens with protein
- ½ cup of brown rice with chopped grilled chicken and salsa
- ¼ cup brown rice with black beans, tofu or lentils
- Hard boiled egg and small banana or sliced fruit
- Organic low fat oat bar, electrolyte drink (all natural)
- Organic low fat cottage cheese with added pineapple (pineapple in juice)
- 8 ounces fresh squeezed pineapple,carrot or orange juice
- Hand full of organic tortilla chips, black beans and salsa
- Organic low fat yogurt with added granola (low fat)
- Hand full of raw, organic nuts
- ½ cup organic low fat cottage cheese with added chopped up turkey (deli)
- Wasa cracker with thin spread of almond butter
- Chopped up veggies
- Grilled chicken slices
- Baked Tofu Squares (see brand)
- ½ cup of brown rice with chopped grilled chicken and salsa
- 1 cup high fiber cereal or organic whole grain flakes
