Example of One of My Daily Food Intakes
My Eating Premise:I’m not on a diet! I just like to eat healthy, all natural food. No additives, Never Artificial, Mostly Organic, Lean Proteins, Good Carbs and lots of fruit. I don’t count my calories and eat until i feel 85% full.
Meal 1
5 scrambled egg whites with all natural salsa
nectarine
probiotic multiple vitamin
water, 8 ounces organic orange juice
Meal 2
2 ounces raw cashews
3 ounces organic fruit
16 ounces black coffee
Meal 3 (all mixed bowl)
organic greens and spinach
1 can albacore tuna (water,no salt) mixed with Hain All Natural Mayo
cukes, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot
paul newmans sesame dressing
1 cup cold brown rice
slice eziekiel toast with earth balance oil spread
Meal 4
Protein Drink ( Jay Robb Whey, organic frozen berries, organic banana, water, tsp flax oil)
Meal 5
10 ounces cod fish (grilled)
2-3 large shrimp (grilled)
1 grilled ear of corn
organic salad greens with organic lowfat ranch dressing (whole foods brand)
Meal 6
all natural, all fruit popsicle
