Not All Fat is BAD!
Fats in the form of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids are beneficial to cardiovascular health, skin, immune function, vitamin absorption, metabolic processes,energy,ligament stability and LOSING WEIGHT. These types of fast are found in the following foods:
olives/olive oil, avocados, coconut oil, flax oil and flaxseeds, fish oils, wheat berry,wheat germ, tempeh, raw nuts and raw nut butters. Below is a great source for Raw Foods, Nuts, etc……
2-3 servings of these fats per day can actually help you lose weight mainly because you’ll be less hungry. As you see, these fats are not like the fats advocated by the atkins diet, high animal protein fat back in the day!!!
Don’t get tricked by products and marketing ploys that state “fat free” , “Low Carb”, “High Protein” ,”Good For You Fats”, “Non-Hydrogenated Ingredients”….These are probably foods with artificial fats, ingredients and unnecessary chemicals and CALORIES.
OH ya, so can you just MOW on these fats all day? NO, they still are high in calories but if taken in the right way along with lots of organic greens, vegetables and lean protein. Fats can give you a great balanced diet.

I’ve tried some of his recipes and I definately agree towards a more alkaline based diet (organic veggies and select fruits rather than high animal meat diet). Great resource for building muscle and getting lean.
